Build Up Stamina,Check!

Waktu study architecture dulu memang kurang involve dengan aktiviti mensihatkan stamina badan, akibatnya badan memang tak ada muscle (dan macam sekarang ada?).Kesedaran untuk menjaga stamina badan kian menular apabila meninggalkan zaman-jahiliah-belajar-architecture-secara-pukal-tanpa-tubuh-badan-yang-sihat.

Terima kasih untuk rakan-rakan yang membantu untuk membina muscle secara mantap dan sasa.NO!Berada pada level alam bekerjaya kini Alhamdulillah banyak involve dengan aktiviti menyihatkan fizikal/mental. Rakan-rakan yang supportive dalam kencah-build-in-stamina adalah amat dihargai. 

Kini, saya ada dua kelompok sahabat yang membantu dalam membentuk stamina badan yang ideal!Para senior archi dan para rakan high school.Which is archi team more to run/walk activities and the high school team is badminton activity.

TEAM RUNNING/WALKING

First attempt joined walk marathon.World Hungry Charity Walk.

Next joined  Putrajaya Ekiden Run 

Built up stamina

Walk For Children

 Latest Penang Bridge International Run Malaysia (paling best!)

Built up stamina for next Save Our Rainforest Race.Wehoo!

TEAM BADMINTON

First attempt sekara pukal beramai-ramai badminton.
Sport Planet Ampang.

Court badminton permanent till now JJBadminton, Setapak 

Got myself set of racket!Gituuuu

Emotional part: Thank you Allah because giving me a good partners in achieving a good life today.Without them i can't improve myself until to this level ;(


p/s:Aktiviti badminton sudah sekian bulan tidak berentap!Kekangan waktu masing-masing yang berbeza yang tak dapat dielakkan.

p/s/s:Kekangan untuk involve aktiviti walk/run secara pukal akibat sibuk hal di office.Too bad!

New Year Checklist

HEALTH

❄ Drink plenty of water.

❄ Eat Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince & Dinner like a beggar.

❄ Live with the 3 E's-Energy, Enthusiasm & Empathy.

❄ Make time to pray.

❄ Play more games.(not just only badminton)

❄ Read more books than you did in 2012.

❄ Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

❄ Sleep for 7 hours.(Definately immposibble to make it for each day)

❄ Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily And while you walk, Smile.


PERSONALITY

❄ Don't over do. Keep your limits.

❄ Don't take urself so seriously.  No one else does.

❄ Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.

❄ Dream more while you are awake.

❄ Envy is a waste of time. You  already have all you need.

❄ Forget issues of the past. (Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present Happiness)

❄ Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate  others.

❄ Make peace with your past so  it won't spoil the present

❄ No one is in charge of your  happiness except you.

❄ You don't have to win every argument,Agree to disagree.


SOCIETY

❄ Call your family often.

❄ Each day give something good  to others.

❄ Forgive everyone for everything.

❄ Spend time with people over  the age of 70 specially your parents  & under the age of 6.

❄ Try to make at least three people smile each day.

❄ What other people think of you  is none of your


LIFE

❄ Do the right thing!

❄ GOD heals everything.

❄ However good or bad a situation is, it will  change.

❄ No matter how you feel,a up,Dress up and Show up. The best is yet to come.

❄ When awake in the morning thank GOD for it.

❄ Your Inner most is always  happy. So, be happy
